PLEASE NOTE: AN OWNER OF ANY PROPERTY MAY DECIDE TO ACCEPT A RESIDENT WHO DOES NOT PASS OUR COMPANY'S CRITERIA. ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE SUBMITTED, AND AN INDIVIDUAL OWNER CAN DIRECT OUR COMPANY, IN WRITING, TO ACCEPT AN APPLICANT WHO WOULD NOT NECESSARILY BE APPROVED ON OUR CRITERIA ALONE.

List of Items required to process application:

  • • Once application is received, the landlord will send a link for applicant to submit to pull their credit and criminal background.
  • • The last 2 paystubs for each adult.
  • • A copy of identification & social security card per adult
  • • All Adult applicants 18 or older must submit a fully completed application.
